Machine Description:

Working units on left hand side as seen from operator’s point of view.

Heavy duty machine frame fabricated utilizing a continuous normalized weldment, suitable for mounting of upper pressure beam and lower chain track panel transport system.

Powered Top pressure beam equipped with staggered rubber rollers, digital mechanical readout and push button for adjustment to panel thickness.

Upper working heads of all stations linked to top pressure beam for automatic adjustment to panel thickness.

Outboard panel support with roller track, extendable to 1000mm (39”). With Universal rollers mounted to the first 500mm at the infeed and the last 500mm at the outfeed for ease of workpiece handling.

Universal Magazine suitable for Strip (HPL-Solid Wood etc.) up to 12mm (1/2”) thick and coil materials (PVC-Veneer etc.) up to 3mm (1/8”) thick.
