Raised Panel Door Shaper

Features Include:

1. The Lobo line of raised panel door shapers are specially designed to make all the parts for raised panel door. These shapers use a single spindle which allow the operator to machine the rail, stile and panel without making a knife change, thus reducing throughput time and increasing production.
2. Other applications would include chair legs and furniture parts with a maximum 7" width (in and out) copy capacity.
3. The 6" high stackable spindle has 3 pneumatic stops and can easily and accurately setup for each cutter position.
4. Each machine is built using a heavy sheet metal frame construction and cast iron table & base for years of use.
5. Arch or oval panels do not need to be precut, due to the HP and cutting capability of the raised panel shaper.
6. Hydraulics move the table top from right to left using a variable speed adjustment.
7. Pneumatics move the table in and out for easy and accurate template following, thus allowing for a clean accurate copy.
8. Linear guide rails and bearings allow the operator to move the table easily and smoothly.
9. Two cast iron fence systems can easily be locked into place and are used for square cutting and finish work.
10. Heavy-duty air pistons are used to hold down the work pieces tightly without them sliding during the cutting process.
11. Proximity switches are used to control the cutting stroke and can be changed depending upon the work piece size, thus saving time and increasing production.
12. Two separate stops are used for rail, stile or panel arch cutting positions.
